Our well-established client in Roodeplaat, Pretoria is looking to add an experienced Spa Manager to their team.  Should you have an ITEC accredited qualification coupled with 5 years’ management experience in a beauty salon we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements

  • ITEC accredited qualification
  • 5+ years’ management experience
  • Cruise ship experience preferred
  • 28 - 35 years of age
  • South African citizen
  • Only female applicants

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00

Salary

  • R18,000 basic
  • Commission based on KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various treatments
  • Stock control and stock takes
  • Guest relations
  • Check guests in and out of the lodge
  • Admin
  • Problem solving
  • Manage guest feed-back
  • Manage reservations and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance of building and gardens are up-to-date
  • Assist with guest queries
  • Assist with venue viewings
  • Marketing
  • Manage bookings
  • Manage therapists’ schedules
  • Open & close spa
  • HR related duties
