MATERNITY CONTRACT

Our Centurion-based client is looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Co-ordinator to take on a maternity cover contract (Nov 2026 - April 2027).  The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and sales support skills, have marketing management and sales management skills. 

Requirements

  • Previous Sales Manager experience
  • Sales admin and co-ordination at management level
  • Experience with sales margins / GPs and reporting
  • Excellent client service record
  • Excellent business communication in both English and Afrikaans
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Must live <30km from Sunderlandridge

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday:  08:00 - 17:00
  • Friday:  08:00 - 15:00

Salary

  • Market related

Responsibilities

  • Approve quotations
  • Apply discount structures
  • Manage customer relations via social media platforms
  • Act as back-up for loading queries from social media
  • Act as back up for Enquiry Manager
  • Manage missed call log and sales diary
  • Follow up on open / closed orders on a weekly basis
  • Generate and review sales reports on a monthly basis
  • Monthly data collection for Marketing Department
  • Open job card maintenance
  • Arrange business cards / T-shirts, corporate gifts, etc. on an ad-hoc basis
  • Conduct marketing research on an ad-hoc basis
