Description

A new start-up salon in Cape Town is looking for 3 x experienced Hairstylists & Colourists to join their team.  The successful candidates will be South African citizens with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a stylist / colourist coupled with a relevant hairstylist qualification.

Requirements

  • SETA-accredited Hairdressing qualification
  • South African citizen able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good listening skills

Working Hours

  • Monday to Fri:  09:00 - 16:00
  • Closed on Saturday and Sunday

Salary

  • To be discussed with shortlisted candidates

Responsibilities

  • Basic hair care services (trimming, cutting, styling)
  • Advanced colouring, braiding and bleaching
  • Hair and scalp treatment
  • Recommend various products and techniques which promote healthy hair
  • Order supplies
  • Ensure a clean working area at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends in hairdressing and colouring
