We're urgently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper up to trial balance in Maitland, Cape Town. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Pastel Accounting (non-negotiable), be immediately available and able to manage a small team in a fast-paced environment in a firm, but professional manner.

Requirements

Financial qualification
3 - 5 years’ bookkeeping to trial balance experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience with Pastel V19
Immediately available
Able to work irregular hours (Mon - Fri 06:00 - 15:00 and alt Sat 06:00 - 10:00)
Own transport

Working Hours

Mon - Fri 06:00 - 15:00
Every 1st & last Saturday 06:00 - 10:00

Salary

R15,000 - R20,000

Responsibilities

Full bookkeeping to trial balance
Processing and reconciling accounts
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Support the finance team with reporting requirements
