Our client has established skincare clinics in Green Point and Claremont (Cape Town) and is looking to add a dynamic Receptionist / Therapist to the team.  The successful candidate will bring experience as either a Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician and will oversee the day-to-day bookings, admin and treatments, while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • ITEC Beauty Therapy qualification (advantage)
  • IPL / Laser certification (advantage)
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Honest, reliable and professional
  • Open to training and development
  • Immediately available (preferred)

Working Hours

  • Monday - Saturday
  • 07:00 - 16:00 (while on probation)
  • 07:00 - 18:00 (after probation)

Salary

  • Basic + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Manage client bookings and schedules
  • Ensure consistency and quality of services
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage e-mails
  • Open / close the store daily
  • Perform cash-ups
  • Co-ordinate therapists’ schedules
